Golfsoft is a professional website "Content and Asset Management System" which has been designed and developed specifically for Golf Clubs and other businesses within the golf industry.
So what is a "Content and Asset Management System"? Well in basic terms it is an application which allows a Golf Club, or golf related business, to manage its website content and images in house and in real-time through this system. There is no requirement for users of this system to have any technical knowledge, nor is it necessary to have any reliance on web agencies to keep your site updated - half a day of training is all that is required!
How does it work? Golfsoft is a web-based system which means that there are no PC installs and no specialist PC hardware required, instead it is accessed via your web browser through a secure login area using your normal Internet connection. Golfsoft can either be integrated with a brand new website or, with a little additional effort, into an existing website.
Golfsoft then allows as many staff members (known as content authors) as required to add and maintain pages, images and documents on your website in "real-time", which means that as soon as you save a new page, or make a change and approve it, that change is then immediately seen on your LIVE website.
Golfsoft, however, offers you much more than just adding and maintaining your website content. The system also has several modules which can be added to enhance and enrich user experiences through the site - such as a video based Golf School Training Library, Teaching support systems for your PGA Professional, 3D animated Course fly-throughs, and RSS golf news feeds from around the World, including the latest US and European Tour updates, directly to your Club's website.
