Casa Serafini, Italia (Colliers CRE Plc)
With 14 offices located across the UK, Colliers CRE Plc is one of the UK's largest real estate advisory organisations and are one of the top ten companies in their field in terms of turnover and market share.
Colliers commissioned Box of Blue in association with 1803 Project Management to help market one of their current residential property investment opportunities - Casa Serafini.
Casa Serafini is a set of rustic Tuscan style properties set among the rolling hills of the Le Marche region of Italy. The properties are set within acres of olive groves and provides a beautiful investment opportunity for property investors across the globe.
Colliers tasked Box of Blue with designing, developing and launching a Microsite to specifically market these investment properties. The Microsite is built around Box of Blue's proprietary Content Management System with a few bespoke features thrown in. The site also includes a Flash/XML based image gallery, 3D rendered representations of properties still under construction, and complete floor plans and specifications for each of the 23 properties comprising Casa Serafini.
In addition to all this the site is fully trackable using AgoraEye (Box of Blue's own website tracking and online promotion software) which provides Colliers with essential feedback on all activity within the site - from the success rate of any online marketing campaigns to the download statistics of a single PDF within the site.
24 hours after the launch of the site Colliers had their first property enquiry for Casa Serafini.
